2. Use of an AdventureGuild.Net E-mail account for any illegal activity will result in closure of the account and forfeiture of the remainder of the annual fee.  Adventure Guild/HDS Ltd. will not interfere with the privacy of it's members under normal circumstances.  However, we will not hesitate in cooperating with law enforcement officials in the investigation or prosecution of any crimes involving the use of our network, providing proper warrants have been issued.
